Retired, offering Antiques, collectable items, reproductions and some other items. I have considerable trading experience as a retailer, trader, antique dealer, buyer, auctioneer and co-author of a published trading guide. I have also worked in Mountain Rescue, for the Royal Life Saving Society, as a Training and Development Officer in Severe Disabilities, as a Contracts Manager and many other interesting fields. Collectors’ items have always been my passion. I live in West Yorkshire, although originally I hail from Nottinghamshire.
TRADING STATEMENT
I offer the best products available at the price shown and I make every effort to meet a high standard for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and customer service which is focussed on you the customer. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact me immediately. My listing show any defects and condition of each item. My listings are brief and to the point without frills.
PAYMENT As listed.
SHIPPING Your item will be dispatched using Royal Mail Services or by others as requested. My aim is to dispatch your item within 48 hours. If you buy on a Friday or Saturday or at a holiday time this may extend.
PACKAGING Purchased for the purpose boxes, cartons, bubble wrap, envelopes and other wrappings will be used to send and protect your purchase. Some recycled material may be used.
AVAILABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROL Carrying an extensive stock all items listed are available for dispatch. I check all items before dispatch. In the rare case of discovered damage of items identified prior to dispatch, where for instance the damaged item is the last in stock or is damaged in packaging or any other reason, you will be offered either a full refund or an agreed delay in dispatch.
MY RETURNS POLICY I guarantee that all items you buy from me are free of defects unless stated in the listing.
- If your item was damaged during shipment or has not been received within 25 days, please contact me (I will require a photograph of the damage and the packaging to use as support for the claim)and I will file a claim with the shipper on your behalf, if your item has been lost or damaged. Royal Mail will investigate the loss or damage and after this investigation is completed I will refund to you the cost of the item.
