AUCTIONS & COMBINED SHIPPING:
I will gladly combine auction items won within 3 days,  and those purchased via 'Buy Now', into one package if possible. Please let me know if you are bidding on more than one auction, and I will add them together and send an invoice for the correct total.

PAYMENT:
You may pay for your purchase with a credit or debit card through PayPal, or with your PayPal balance.

                                   I will send a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order goes out, to let you know it's on its way.

SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise stated in the item description or requested by the buyer, I will ship using the least expensive method, which is determined by weight/size and distance. Within the U.S., if the package weighs less than 13oz, it can be shipped domestically via 1st Class Mail. If over 13oz or more, it will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Insurance is available, and optional. Please understand that without insurance I cannot be responsible for loss or damage which may occur through the USPS delivery process. Insurance is included in the shipping cost for all orders totalling $100 or more. 

**I will ship to the mailing address provided by PayPal, and/or eBid. Please make sure your shipping address is up-to-date and correct; this is very important. If your item is to be shipped to a different address (as a gift, etc), please let me know immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I will gladly ship outside the US, and will provide the shipping price for your specific country upon request. Generally, the least expensive rate is USPS 1st Class International Delivery. USPS Priority International is faster, and costs more than 1st Class. I will provide both prices when you inquire with your location. Any and all fees for customs, duty etc are the responsibility of the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE: I will not describe any package as a 'gift', state a lower value or falsify shipping paperwork in any way.

RETURNS:
ArtsfarmStudio handcrafted jewelry, handcrafted accessories and hand-painted items are one of a kind, original designs. If you plan to bid on or buy a piece of jewelry and need the size adjusted, please let me know before the order is paid and finalized. If  I am not contacted before the piece goes into the mail and it then does not fit, the buyer will pay for shipping (both ways) and a small fee for the size adjustment. Custom orders, once approved by the buyer, may not be returned for any reason.

Vintage & antique items may only be returned due to the unlikely occurrence of a significant error in description ('not as described') 

 The item must be returned intact and unused, packed securely and in the same condition it was received. Return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order before returning your item. You may choose from either a credit (in the form of a gift certificate), or a refund.

 Please, no returns for reasons like "I thought it was bigger/smaller/redder/lighter" etc. My descriptions and photos are very detailed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me before bidding/buying--Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE:
Understand that vintage, antique and secondhand items are by their nature, used, and sold on an 'as is' basis and not returnable unless grossly misrepresented. I take great care to provide clear photos and detailed descriptions, measurements etc, and include mention of any defects in order to present the items as objectively as possible.

WHOLESALE ORDERS: 
Limited run wholesale orders are welcome for handcrafted jewelry. accessories and painted home decor. Please inquire about the specific item(s) you are interested in. I may not be able to reproduce identical multiples of pieces made with rare/scarce vintage/antique components, but I could come up with suitable alternatives or something similar, depending on what you are looking for.

My handcrafted jewelry and accessories are one of a kind designs, but we could work on an assortment with a discount for multiple pieces. Minimum order for wholesale in this manner is US $300.00 which reflects a 30% discount off of retail prices.

PAINTED POTS: I am offering my painted pots at a 30% discount when buying 10 or more pieces of the same style/size. This is the most effective way for me to get them prepped, painted and finished in a timeley manner.

EXAMPLE: A 4" pot in the 'Rose Garland' design is US $18.00 retail. A minimum wholesale order for this style and size pot would total US $126.00 (US $18.00 retail, 30% off=US $12.60 each. US $12.60 x 10=US $126.00). If ordering more than one size/style, the 30% will be taken off the retail price of the entire order. As with custom orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed, with the balance due when the order is ready to ship--Thank You!
