| Our Procedure Policies & Guidelines Payment: At this time our only accepted payment is Paypal. We will also accept Money/Postal Orders upon request. Payment is expected within 5 days of the end of an auction unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Please contact me if you have any problems or need more time. Shipping: Packages will generally be shipped within 3 days of cleared payment. Upon request and over the holiday season we will ship every day. We send all of our packages USPS; items over 40lbs. are shipped FedEx or UPS. Once labels have been prepared an automated message will be sent to your e-mail notifying you of shipment and providing a tracking number. Combined Shipping: We will typically always combine shipping with the best rates available to us. Please contact me before bidding with the items you are interested in and your zip and I will be able to give you an exact quote for shipping multiple items. International Shipping: All international packages are shipped in a small flat rate box or priority mail. I am willing to ship small items first class but you must contact me before bidding/buying. The reason for this is because First Class, while less expensive, does not offer tracking information. Returns: Yes, we will accept returns. For a full refund (not including shipping) you will need to ship the items as is back to us. We know this can be costly and are usually willing to consider other options. We can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mailing process. We do understand and have you in mind though, and any items that are valued above $50 USD are insured free of charge. |
