US COSMETICS utilizes USPS as its shipping carriers for all customer orders. US COSMETICS determines the carrier based on the customer’s ordering criteria, including, but not limited to, location and weight. Please note, prices may increase depending on the weight and shipping method chosen.
**Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Shipping delays may occur during the Holiday season.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The customer is responsible for all custom duties and/or import fees. All bundled deals will be charged according to the number of items included.
All shipping date estimations are provided by the shipping courier. Some international shipments may take longer than estimated dates due to customs or other country policies. Since many countries have unique import restrictions on certain products, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery. We reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country, depending on customs and legal restrictions per country.
RETURN POLICY & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will credit your account within 7 business days of receiving your product. We do not provide return labels for items being returned. Return shipping will be at customers expense.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to process. The approximate days are dependent on the credit card issuer.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
Any product, which appears to have an initial defect within 10 days of delivery, may be returned for a replacement (for the identical model) without being subject to any restocking fees.
