Must Have Accessories for U is new to eBid, but I have been on eBay for 2 years as Must Have urban teen accessories. You can see my feedback there, my user name is the same.I am just branching out and my new website will soon be going live.

PAYMENT AND POSTAGE POLICIES

International sales by Paypal only.

All payments are expected within 7 days.

My postage/shipping charges include an amount towards service, packaging and transport. I aim to ship within 1 working day of a payment being received/cleared (Monday to Friday). However this is not always possible and sometimes there may be a slight delay due to volume of sales. I cannot determine precise arrival dates as parcels are sometimes delayed en route.

RETURNS POLICY

Items may be returned at buyers expense, within 14 days of the shipping date, in original packaging with tags still attached if applicable. Return postage is payable by the buyer. Original postage charges are not refundable sorry. Items returned minus tags or in a used condition will not be refunded.

If there is a fault with the item that has not been mentioned in the listing a refund of the item value and the original shipping charge is available upon my receiving the item back.

If an item is described as imperfect in the listing no refund will be made.

Underwear, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics and body jewellery are non returnable for hygiene reasons , sorry.

Lastly if you live in the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire area you may be interested in hosting an accessories party (hostess commission applies)
