Zugscore! Is a new player on the E-Bid forum, but has a long history of sales in the sporting goods, toy and hobbie arenas. Starting with our first retail store in 1997, and doubling in size by 2007, we're excited to enter even more markets and continue to grow in our next decade.

SHIPPING POLICY
We'll do our best to have your order on the way within 48 business hours. We do not drop ship or list items that are not immediately available from our stock room. We ship from the USA, and will gladly ship to our international customers, but please understand the added delivery time needed to arrive overseas. You can message any time with shipping or any other questions and we'll do our best to respond in 24 hours.
REFUNDS
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every item purchased from Zugscore! Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to let us know about any problem. If an unlikely error is made on our end of the transaction, or any product is defective we will refund your shipping and send you a prepaided label to return your order. If you change your mind, or would like a refund for any other reason, we will gladly accept any item back, in it's original packaging and refund the full price you paid for the item(s). We kindly ask, however, that you pay for the return shipping.
