I was born and brought up in the catering trade and have looked after more bride and grooms along with their mothers & fathers too than i like to remember i am a fully qulifed balloon decorator living in the Beautiful Wye Valley AONB

Postage:
I will send all item(s) in perfect condition, by 1st class post unless requested different and exta payed at time of payment
I will always gain proof of posting
I will be happy to combine postage on 2 or more items when brought form my shop with in 3 days
Free postage on all orders over £30.00 in one transaction to UK MAIN LAND Excludes P&P and Any discounts that may aply PLEASE e-mail me first so i can amend invoice

Returns & Refunds:
I will send all items in perfect condition if they do not reach you like
this then please contact me within 2 days of postal date and return faulty items back with in 7 days of postal date (14 for International Customers) in the same state as they were recived e.g unused/unworn/unopened for replacement or refund
Refunds will only be given once item is back with me
PLEASE if you do need to reurn any item please gain a proof of posting as i am not liable for lost or missing items
