fantastic service once I figured out the admittedly rather complicated patying system. Product arrived promptly and in great condition and am very pleaased with ebid and will defo use this again! : )

item hasn't come yet and its been a month! tried contacting seller but no response!
product finally arrived after 3 weeks. Did not reply to emails. I had to contact ebid for their personal contact details. Although seller apologised and offered a free gift, upon receiving the product i realised it was not genuine. The colour, consistency, texture are completely different to the original. very disappointed
