A very warm welcome to Totally Auto parts.

My name is Graham and here I am hard at work with my very own lap warmer - an essential item from the office supply company!! His name is Wellington and his in depth knowledge and advice is invaluable.

I run Totally Auto Parts together with my wife Dawn. After spending most of my working life in the motor trade and restoring classic cars in my spare time we thourght it would be a good idea to have a bash at running our own business. I sourse the products and talk to the customers on a day to day basis, whilst  Dawn is a wizz on the keyboard and always puts me right when it comes to spelling (is that one L or two ??!!)

We specalise in the supply of parts, trim and accessories for the restoration of  both the classic and modern vehicle.

We try to be competitive on price and we pride ourselves on offering a high level of customer service. We are more than happy to try to track down that important but illusive bit of kit that you simply must have, saving you the time, effort and frustration.

All our items are usually dispatched within 48hrs of receiving your order and are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. Larger items are sent by Parcelforce delivery. Please note: We are restricted by postal service criteria for some dispatches overseas for items which are over 1 metre in length, depending on country.

Multiple purchases:- We will be happy to combine postage for mutiple purchases, but please ask before bidding (buying) if using buy now option.. but bear in mind that this will sometimes not be possible, due to the size & nature of the packaging needed to post two or more items to you, and the postage listed may not cover posting.

How to pay-

After each auction, (or multiple winning auctions) finish we will issue an invoice-please make contact within 3 days. We ask for payment to be made within 7 days of the auction finishing but we will conconsider extending this deadline if the customer keeps us fully informed.

Items will only be posted when funds have cleared-so please don't send a cheque if you need your item in a hurry!

Payment methods-

 PPPay.... Important- Due to delays only buyers who have already completed PPPay verification (this also means penny checked)

Please enclose auction details, name & address with the following payment methods-

Crossed or uncrossed postal orders GB pound sterling only (Please use crossed for you own security)

Cheques in GB pound sterling only - Payable to G.Moules

We will leave feed back for you as soon as you confirm with us that your item (or items) has arrived safely and that you are completely happy with your purchase.If feed back is left this way we can consider the auction ( or auctions ) closed
