We are based in Nottingham, East Midlands, and sell high quality Aloe Vera / Beehive health and beauty products including drinks, personal care and skincare products, supplements, weight loss products, cosmetics and fragrance.
Although we are new to eBid, we have lots of experience selling online, on other auction sites and from our own website. We aim to provide an excellent customer service, providing honest information and descriptions, a wide range of payment methods, and prompt delivery.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the products we sell and how to use them to achieve maximum benefits. We also welcome feedback from customers and will always obtain permission before we use testimonials, or add customers to our mailing list
All the products we sell come with a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality or the benefits you receive from using a product, simply return the empty container or unused part of the product to us within 60 days and we will refund the purchase price.
Payment Methods:
Our preferred payment method is by Direct Bank Transfer. It's fast, secure, traceable and easy and avoids any delays in getting your order despatched. We also accept PayPal, and we are happy to accept payment by cheques or crossed postal orders, but please note we will not despatch until funds have cleared in our account. We do not accept cash payments unless the buyer is collecting or we are delivering the products in person (We will normally deliver products in person to the Nottingham area only, and only if the buyer requests this method of delivery).
Postage and Delivery:
We try to keep our postage costs as low as possible. However, some of the products we sell (for example Aloe Vera Gel drinks) are quite heavy and postage costs will inevitably be higher. We package items as securely as possible. We will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, but we always retain proof of postage and will do our best to assist with any claims in the unlikely event that such issues arise. If customers wish to receive goods by insured delivery we will arrange this but please note this will incur additional postage costs over and above those stated on the listings. We try to despatch items as quickly as possible after payment is received, and will notify buyers of despatch etc, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If products are required for a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
