 Hello , I am like many others here i am an e-bay seller as well, I have 100% positive feedback in the time doing biz on e-bay and continue to offer the same service and personal attention to every order at e-bid. I no longer list as much on e-bay due to the high costs to operate in the e-bay community.     

I am a single father raising my son. I also have a full time job so tend to stay busy. I have been selling electronics for about 2 years now and only sell quality products. I will not sell something that i beleive is not a worthy product because i put my name on it. New Items : Items listed as new are items are in original box never opened .

Reconditioned items: Items that are listed reconditioned are done so by the manufacture, There professional tech teams have carefully taken the time to make every product as close to it's original state as possible. Some do show signs of light ware but most you would not know they were a reconditioned item. Example :( A Philips product is reconditioned by the Philips corporation).

All include manuals, remotes , power cables, and installation Cd's depending on the product.

Warranty info : I offer 30 days warranty on all my products, some include 90 day manufacture warranty and others include 1 year. You will receive the warranty certificate within your shipped package. Contact me for any warranty issues for the first 30 days after that you must contact the manufacture of the product.

Returns : Please contact me within the 30 days for any return issues, you will need a RMA number and additional information for shipping, Buyer pays for return shipping. I offer refund or exchange. You will be refunded your full purchase price less S&H for any defective product after it has been properly received back into inventory. Exchange , You will be shipped another item at no cost to you once the original item has been received in and processed. There is a 30% restocking fee for any unwanted items.

Shipping :We only ship to U.S. And Canada. I use Fed EX 3-5 day shipping for U.S. And UPS for Canada.

I include insurance and require signature at no extra cost, I don't hide extra fee's. I ship Monday – Friday. Alaska and Canada orders must ask for quote for shipping charges.

Payment options : I accept Paypal,Google checkout,Money Orders and Cashiers check. Credit/Dept cards can be used Via Paypal or Google checkout without having an account with them.

Please complete the checkout within 48 hours of purchase to select your payment method. I allow plenty of time for payments being received by mail. I do suggest any money order payments be done using USPS money orders, They process quickly and are less expensive for you to purchase. Any delay in payment please contact me via e-mail.
