WARNING! WARNING! Avoid this person at ALL costs - I waited 3 weeks before he claimed he had sent the goods, and I still have not received the modem. He now ignores my emails, letters to his home and phone calls. I have informed e-Bid, and after 2 weeks, even they cannot get this matter resolved - or my money back. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.
Bad news. He bids then doesn't bother replying when he wins. Even writing to his home address doesn't get a response. I wouldn't bother with him again.
