Shipping: I use Prority Flat Rate Postage Whenever Possible Simply for the speed and ease of getting your items to you quickly.
I support Local Pick-ups...If you live in the Central Illinois area, I will gladly help coordinate a local pickup.
Returns / Refunds: I offer a 3 day return policy, If for some reason you would like to return your your item and receive a refund, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. (date of receipt will be determined by shipment tracking information) You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returning the item. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after the item has been returned to me.
