What I SELL:
As my name suggests, I sell a variety of items. I mainly sell Hard to find Webkinz items (Plushes and Charms), Hallmark Ornaments, Infant, Toddler, & Childrens' Educational Toys, Clothing, etc. Precious Moments Collectibles, etc.
In the Near Future I plan to start selling Environmentally Friendly items mainly in te realm of Infant to Children items.
I also SHIP INTERNATIONALLY on pretty much ALL of MY ITEMS!
A BIT ABOUT ME:
I am the mother of three beautiful girls, Madilyn age 5 yrs., Aubrey age 1 yr., and McKenzie 3 weeks. I stay at home and am working on starting my own Business, first using the Auction then eventually opening a web based in Addition to my Auctions. I used to sell on the "other" auction site but felt that they were no longer a good fit for me as they have really forgotten who puts the money in their pockets. And therefore I am NOT new to the auction world or customer service. In fact I have 100% Glowing Feeback with an average rating of 4.8 (out of 5) in their customer satisfaction star ratings, which incorporated- Item Description, Communication, Shipping Time, & S&H costs. I have had MANY Repeat customers and each of my customers felt comfortable enough with me to allow me to place them on my Business Contact/ Mailing List.
I have a STRONG BELIEF that the Customer ALWAYS Comes FIRST NO MATTER HOW BUSY YOU ARE and to TREAT EACH CUSTOMER as if they are THE ONLY ONE!! I am proud to say that thus far I have made each of my customers feel this way.
