Please contact me with any questions you may have before you bid. I try to provide all the information you may need or want before bidding on any of my items and do my best to describe them. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me so if you have any problems during this transaction please contact me personally. I'll be happy to work with you to resolve it!
PAYMENT INFORMATION
I accept Paypal. For U.S. Buyers I also accept Postal Money Orders and Checks. Checks will be held 7 business days to clear before items will be sent. Payment is due within 7 days of the end of the auction. If you purchase multiple items from me the Pay Now button which takes you to Paypal may not calculate the discounted shipping properly. If this occurs, please contact me and I will send a new combined invoice to insure you receive your proper shipping discount.
SHIPPING HANDLING AND INSURANCE
The actual shipping costs will be listed on the auction pages.
Please consider in the cost of shipping when making your BID. It is not negotiable after the auction ends. For multiple auction wins on items that don’t have a specific extra shipping amount stated on the auction page, I will package them up, weigh the box and reduce the cost to give you the lowest price available and send you a corrected invoice.
I know I don’t like to pay extra ‘handling’ costs when I buy online, so I don’t include any handling charges in my shipping cost. I do, however, charge above postage for the boxes that I buy and all other packing materials I pay for and use. Every item I sell is securely packaged – sometimes overly packaged to help ensure its safe arrival – I do not just throw the item in an envelope.
After cleared payment is received your package is mailed within 24-48 hours, most times sooner. I make daily trips to the post office, except on days with inclement weather. As soon as your package is sent out, I will email you with your delivery confirmation tracking number or customs tracking number so you will know it is on the way.
At this time, US Postal insurance is available to U.S. Buyers only. Priority International Mail is available upon request for international bidders and includes insurance and tracking, so if you are worried about loss or damage, I suggest choosing this method. I cannot be held responsible for possible careless handling once the package leaves my hands so refunds will only be given for lost or damaged items if insurance is purchased. Copies of proof of mailing and delivery tracking confirmation or customs tracking information will be provided to you, if necessary.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to make a return for refund.
For Records and CDs All Sales are Final with the following exception: In the rare event a record skips/sticks or any portion of the CD does not play, a full refund including return shipping will be given. I scan, play and record all of my music before selling it, but I am only human and with 1000’s of records and CDs in my collection it is possible I could ‘doze’ for a second while listening and recording and miss it. It must be returned complete and in all the original packaging.
For all other collectibles All Sales are Final with the following exception: Items that differ in any significant way from the description given may be returned for a full refund including return shipping. Items must be returned complete in the condition it was sent by me and in the same type of packaging. Anything that is sold ‘sealed’, must be returned unopened.
