Hello and welcome to the-surplus-store-uk.
My name is Lesley and I started my business in June13, the business deals with many items of all different shapes, sizes and types.
I am based in Leven, Fife, Scotland and buyers are more than welcome to come and collect from me or have there item dispatched, I always try to dispatch within 1 day but sometimes two max, two is normally over the weekend. I will always email and advise if there is any issues or delays with your item, to keep you informed 100%
I always ask buyers to help me to help them when there is an issue, if you receive your item and you are not happy, please tell me, so I can help resolve the matter, I can only help when you let me know there is something wrong :)
I will be adding a permanant feature to this business over the next few months, this will be pet feeds and supplies, this is something that I have a passion for and have knowledge in. I will be stocking products for all animals inc reptiles, fish, dogs and cats.
If you require a product that you cannot find on my shop, please email and ask, the surplus stock I have is only a small percentage that has been listed and there is many more to still be listed.
