Some Information About TheCatsMeow

Giving you a little more insight into the seller.

I tend to stay on the shooting side of the camera, so there are no pics of me to be found.  Here's another of my favorite deer shots.  I got this photo in May of 2007 near Townsend, Montana.  This doe was pretty shy and she sure wasn't going to come out from behind those trees.  Most mulies are pretty outgoing and will come to check one out.  I guess that's why so many of them never make it through hunting season.  I'm guessing this doe had a fawn nearby and that's why she was so cautious.

Besides photography, I love making and selling jewelry.  I also import some Peruvian items, as I'm not very good at wire wrapping and that type of work.  I am working on my skills, and hopefully someday I can turn out some nicer pieces.

I used to live in a very remote area in South Central Montana.  The closest city was Billings, and that was a 90 minute drive each way.  While I miss a lot about that area, I don't miss that drive at all.  For a small city Billings is an absolute nightmare to drive in.  I also lived in the Helena area for quite a while.

I currently have 6 cats:  Sasha, Sunny, Polo, Stormy, Worf, and Tigger.  I moved to Kansas a year ago and lost 4 cats since then, but I have tons of super memories of them.  I live just outside Topeka, which is a much larger town than I used to live in.  Other than the heat and humidity this is an OK place.

I have a new business venture going.  I have a partner and we have a hay cutting and baling business.  This year has been rocky so far as the baler we bought croaked and we sheared off a gear on the mower.  Hopefully we're up and running soon.

I ship primarily via the USPS but I can ship Fed Ex upon request.  Just let me know.  I do provide tracking numbers for you.

Unless otherwise noted in the listing, all of my items come gift boxed.  I feel presentation is important, and I also know how difficult it can be to get a nice box for a present.

I feel customer service is critical and that it is often lacking today.  Therefore my goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the transaction.  Please let me know if you have any problems so I may resolve them for you.  If you're not pleased with the purchase then I'm not either.

When I'm not listing items, or making them, I'm busy rooting for my hometown Boston teams.  I've gotten very spoiled with the Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots all doing so well. As much as I don't like the Bruins I do hope they win for Boston - my city needs some heroes right now after that Marathon day bombing.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Please come back again soon.  Have a great day!
