My Wife and I work together, we run a small nursery in West Sussex and sell plants at Farmers Markets and street markets. Kelly also wholesales childrens clothing (and looks after our Lil'man, He is going to be the England Standoff in 18yrs time)!! and some of her bits appear on this site, this ranges from new born upto age 7ish and covers shoes upto coats and everything in between. My passion is the Natural World and one aspect of this is fossils in all their forms together with an interest in Geology. On this site we intend offering for sale Items that are both Natural and beautiful, these range from all kinds of Fossils (Animal and Plant remains), Sea Shells from around the World, Minerals and Gem stones and Ornaments / Jewellery which are composed of the above. From time to time we will offer worked stone tools and artifacts. Please do read the following..... Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions of Sale GENERAL No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the seller, until the goods are dispatched by the seller. PRICES The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. We reserve the rights to change prices at any time without prior notice, or to withdraw items from sale. DELIVERY Payment by Cheque (UK only), Credit Card or Debit Card via PayPal is due at the time of order. Delivery costs are shown for the UK based on Royal Mail registered delivery. If the Overseas postage charge is not shown please email for postage costs If payment is by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared in the seller's account. Goods remain our property of until fully paid for. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS All goods are sold as described. Many items show the photograph of the actual item for sale, however, where items are common and very similar to each other the photograph maybe representative rather than specific (this will be stated in the write up). Due to natural variation in some products, goods sold may not be exactly as they are photographed i.e. colour/shade difference and distinguishing marks are sometimes unavoidable. RETURNS & REFUNDS We are so confident that you will be delighted with your purchase that we offer a no quibble 'SATISFACTION GUARANTEE' simply put, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days for a full refund. All we ask is that prior to posting you inform us of your intention to return and that the item is returned in the same condition and packaging it was dispatched in. Please note the purchaser is responsible for the cost of postage. The buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has, in the opinion of the seller, been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the buyer. RETURNED GOODS Notification of wrongly / incompletely shipped goods must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 7 days will not be accepted. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT Royal mail ‘Recorded Delivery’ provides insurance cover of £30.00. If you require a higher level of cover please inform us and we will charge you the Royal mail cost. Should you be unfortunate enough to have your item go missing or suffer damage in transit, please inform us immediately, we will forward the proof of posting information to enable you to submit a claim against the carrier. LEGAL LIABILITY The contracts from the sales of goods shall be subject to and governed by English Law. Liability shall in no circumstances exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. We cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequences of using the products / items we sale. UK: Products dispatched usually within 3 working days We are committed to providing a professional service and under normal conditions all stock items will be delivered as promised. Delays may at times be unavoidable due to adverse weather, availability of stock, or other conditions outside our control. However if the original delivery date cannot be met and you would rather not wait for the goods then you will be offered the option to cancel the order. 2.
