Payment

Technical Traders gladly accepts PayPal, Nochex, Cheques and Postal Orders and Credit Cards. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or it may be cancelled.

More Info: You will receive an automated winning bidder notification after each item that you win.. You may continue purchasing additional items for 7 days from the end of the first purchase. All of these purchases will be consolidated under one invoice.

 

Shipping

Delivery within the UK
The standard delivery method in the UK is by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded First Class or 2nd Class and normally takes 1 - 3 days.

International Shipping
Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping times typically range from 2 to 3 working days, depending on the destination.

All UK and International shipments come with a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number. We will send you this number automatically via e-mail once your package ships.
 

Policies

We adhere to the following. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, provides for a ‘cooling off period’ that allows a consumer buying online from a business to cancel their order 7 working days after receipt of the goods. We allow 14 days to include the time it takes for us to receive the goods back.

If you return your item under these rules it must be returned unopened with seals intact. You will receive a full refund, excluding postage paid (minus all shipping costs).


 
We buy software .. Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec etc..

We are currently buying new and used software in Retail, OEM, NFR or Promotional Packaging. It can be sealed or opened. Factory sealed OEM and Retail software will, of course, bring you a better price than open or NFR (Not for Resale).

We also buy incomplete packages, licenses, un-activated COA's, manuals and original CD media.

If you are not sure what parts of the original package you have, just let us know, we'll help you figure it out.

Best prices are paid for software from following companies: Microsoft, Symantec, Macromedia, Adobe and Corel.

However, there are always exceptions, so, let us know what you have and we'll give you a price quote within 24 hours - who knows, it could be very valuable!
