Hello and thanks for visiting my page. I joined Ebid about 2 months ago after taking voluntary redundancy from my previous job in order to have more time to help out with my Grandchildren. It's been a wonderful year and well worth having no money, lol. I have learnt so much about selling online since giving up work, it's been a steep learning curve at times.  My top priority is to sell quality items that you will love, and at a fair price.  I am very approachable and will work hard to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. I don't have many listings at the moment but will be adding more items every day so please come back often to check my listings.

Returns: I want you to buy from me with confidence and this means I am happy to accept returns, including change of mind returns. If you wish to cancel your purchase then please confirm this by sending an email within 14 days from receipt of the goods to cost of returning the goods is the buyers responsibility, unless the goods were damaged on arrival or not as described. None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Postage and Dispatch:

I will only ever charge you the exact price for postage. What Royal Mail charge me, that's what I will charge you. If I make a mistake (I'm only human) then I will refund you the cost of the overpayment. 

 I always post items within 1 working day of purchase, except for Sundays.

Items purchased on saturday (after 11am) and Sunday are dispatched immediately the post office opens on Monday.
