Delivery & Returns
Shipping
UK Delivery
We aim to ship your goods in 3-6 days. If for any reason there is a delay with your shipment we will contact you to let you know.
International Delivery
We can deliver to a large number of countries including: Whole of Europe, Mexico, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong…and others.
The amount you are charged reflects the amount we are charged - i.e. the more you order, the heavier the package, the higher the cost.
Everything is sent by air meaning that even though delivery to each country is different, it will take approximately 7-10 days.
A signature is required for International Delivery.
Cheques
If you have paid by cheque, we will hold the cheque for approximately 5 days for it to clear.
This means, if you are a UK shopper, you should receive your goods after approximately 8-11 days and if you are an international shopper after approximately 12-15 days.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your shopping, you may return it within 14 days from when you receive the goods for a full refund (excluding delivery cost). Please call us and let us know that you are returning the product. Please then carefully put everything back in the box and post it back to us recorded delivery. Refunds will only be given to products (including packaging) returned in good condition. Our aim is to refund your money within a week of receiving your order back.
