On 13.11.2000 I had the winning bid on a PC & I met Kevin's reserve. I e-mailed him immediately to arrange payment, but was ignored. Only when I threatened him with negative feedback did he respond, claiming that the PC had broken. I don't believe him. Why did he not call off the auction, or at least respond to my initial e-mail? Hopefully next time he will have the sense of honour to hand over goods that are sold at his reserve price.
