Bargain Buzz Store is a family run business. Bargain Buzz Store owners and operators specialize in customer service, having over 40 years of retail experience.

We first started by opening a brick and mortar store selling Antiques. As our business grew, so did our family and extended family with customers like YOU.

We have established long and lasting relationships with our customers and we appreciate and value you.

Without YOU, our customer, Bargain Buzz Store would not exist. That is the reason we promise to deliver the best customer service which we pride ourselves on.

It is because of this, we have been so successful and now have 6 online stores, with seven auction stores.

Refund

 

If the problem is a technical problem you are experiencing with the product, contact technical support with the manufacturer.

If the problem is that you do not want your order anymore, you can return the product - but you will incur the return shipping costs, and restocking fees. There are restocking fees for certain products.

Restocking fees are only incurred if your return request does not fulfill the requirements for a full refund. Before you receive your RMA, you will be notified by a returns manager if the products you wish to return are subject to restocking fees. If the product you received is not the product you ordered, is defective, or is misrepresented in the auction, we pay the cost of returning the item. If the product is returned for any other reason, you incur the cost of the return. If you received the wrong product, or received a defective product, we will pay for return shipping on that product only. Once we have received the defective product, it will be replaced with an identical product at no cost to you. If you received the wrong product, once we receive it, we will send you the correct product at no cost you cost. To return an item, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Email: cannot be made with the carrier beyond 14 days after the ship date and you are responsible if they reject a claim due to your failure to file a claim in a timely manner within the 14 day period or for any other reason.

We will not credit for returns sent through the mail that never show up. You will be credited for the defective item when the return has been received and processed. Shipping charges are never refundable. If you want something else, then you will need to place a new order and be charged accordingly. We do not pay for you to return a defective product. If you receive the wrong product due to our mistake please contact us immediately and we will send you the correct item along with instructions to send the incorrect item back

Please contact us regarding these issues and we will provide return instructions and an RMA number. Please be advised that returns received without a proper RMA number will be discarded and no credit issued.
