Some Information About Suterstamp
● The photo(s) is/are the item(s) you are buying, not a stock picture (unless stated otherwise).
● We are human and sometimes mistakes are made. Please work with us to resolve issues before negative feedback is given.
● All shipments are securely packaged for shipping and will be shipped promptly after receiving cleared payment.
● Stamps: We attempt to describe any fault that would detract from the value of a stamp. However, minor gum inclusions such as small specks are not mentioned and should be occasionally expected. Stamps with faults that are visible in the scans (perforations, stains, centering, etc.) are not returnable.
● If a purchase is not as described, please return the item for a complete refund including shipping charges. However, we ask that you notify us and return the item within three (3) days of receipt, describing what is incorrect. Please return the item in the same condition as sent.
● Returns for any reason (see stamp exclusions above) are accepted, provided you notify us and return the item within three (3) days of receipt, describing why you are returning the item. We will refund your purchase price, not including shipping charges. Please return the item in the same condition as sent.

If you are ordering multiple items, please wait for my invoice before sending payment. We combine shipping of multiple items to save you money. Additional items that are included in the same shipment will be shipped for less. If you need exact shipping charges prior to bidding please use the “ask question” box on an auction page and list the items you want by auction ID number. We will measure and weigh the entire order and give you a specific shipping cost.

To the United States:
$1.25 for first item, $.25 for each additional item ordered on the same invoice sent by United States Postal Service First Class Mail.
To the rest of the world:
We do not ship internationally. Recent changers to USPS regulations make it prohibitive to ship small dollar merchandise items internationally.

● Any shipment involves risk. We will not be responsible for any shipment lost or damaged in transit that is not insured, tracked or registered. If you disagree with the above please DO NOT BID.
Insured is highly encouraged and mandatory for shipments over $100.
● We accept PayPal (mailed to your verified address), Skrill (Moneybookers), checks and money orders (drawn in US dollars on US banks only) and US cash (sent at your risk). If using a personal or certified (cashiers) check please note that purchases may be held until the check clears your bank.
