Shipping:
We ship pretty quick. We reserve the right to ship USPS, USPS Ground or FedEx Between the 3 for best value.
Standard shipping 1 to 5 days.. West coast a little longer.
Buyer pays return shipping. Returns accepted only if grossly misrepresented. Items must be returned in ORIGINAL UNUSED/UNOPENED condition.
Any damage from a carrier, you are insured! Send us pictures of damage to product, box and all shipping material. Upon that we refund immediately as long as carrier no longer needs anything else, and we file the claim for you. No longer than a couple of days.
We offer returns on products that were only grossly misrepresented in the description or special/unusual circumstances decided by us. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Item damaged in shipping will require pictures of the damage, packing material, and the box. Refund will be given, including the original shipping after we have all the info we need to file a claim. Contact us immediately in case of ANY shipping damage.
