For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day
exchange/refund policy on all DOMESTIC orders purchased through our website.
International orders have 60 days for returns and should contact us before returning any item.

All DOMESTIC returns and exchanges must take place within 14 days of delivery. If orders are
received damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, SoCal Shades must be notified within 48 hours
of receipt of delivery. Delivery time is confirmed via USPS tracking information.

All merchandise must be returned in resalable condition. That means for soft goods, nothing
must be worn more than trying it on. For hard goods, nothing can actually be used, bindings
cannot be mounted on boards, boards must have the factory wax and be in factory condition. All
components must be included, that includes all tags, stickers, beanies, headphones, and/or any
accessories that come with the product.
UNITED STATES: Domestic US orders will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours via United States Postal Service (USPS). Including all orders shipped to U.S. Territories including, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands and Guam. ALL Customers will receive an email confirming shipment and tracking information. If you do not see the email with the shipping details, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
