We are a small family business based in the North-West of England specialising in fashion jewellery, high quality semi-precious gemstone jewellery, ladies dress watches, luxury candles, incense and giftware at hugely discounted prices.

We aim to provide you with the very best of service and value. We always use Royal Mail First Class postage and your order will be processed within one working day of receipt of payment.

We accept payment by PayPal, cheque or postal order. In the case of payment by cheque, there may be a delay of up to five working days whilst the payment is cleared by our bank. We do not recommend sending money in the post.

All purchases in the UK are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This means that you have the right to return any goods you have purchased from us and received a full refund for the item and any postage charge you may have paid. You must tell us of your intention to return the goods within seven days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. However, it is your responsibility to bear the costs of returning the goods to us and you should always get proof of postage when doing so, as we cannot be held responsible for items going missing in the post. Items must be returned within 21 days in the same condition they were sent out in.

Please note that due to hygiene considerations, earrings for pierced ears and body jewellery are excluded from these regulations.

In the case of CDs and other sealed media, no returns will be accepted where the item has been opened except where the item is faulty, when a replacement of the same item will be given. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you wish to purchase more than one item from us we will, where possible, combine items to reduce postage charges. Please ask for a quote.
