I live in Puerto Rico (USA) between the Caribbean Sea (Mar Caribe) and Atlantic Ocean.

My wife has been selling in our area for more than 20 years and I help her online. We sell fine jewelry, watches, bags and women accessories.

We are commited to your satisfaction and want our customers to be happy with the product and the service they receive along the way. Most emails are respond the same day sent and always by the next business day. We are sometimes not available on weekends or Holidays.

Payment Details:

-At this time we accept PayPal ONLY. We accept credit cards only through PayPal.

-Buyer must pay within 3 days. Any transaction with insufficient fee will not be handled.

-Once we receive your payment, we will mark your order as paid.

-To find out if a payment has been sent by PayPal, log into your PayPal account and click on the History tab. The History section will show you all the payments you have successfully sent.

-If you want the item to be shipped to a different address - you must add it to your PayPal account first and then select that address as the "SHIP TO" ADDRESS when making a payment.

-Prior to making your purchase please be sure your mailing address, telephone, and email address are correct in PayPal if you have recently moved or haven't used your PayPal account recently.

-If payment is not received after 7 days, we will cancel the sale.

-For a PayPal account, please sign up at:  https://www.paypal.com 

Shipping and Handling:

-We ship our auctions US Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise noted.

-Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

-We will ship to the member confirmed shipping address that PayPal provides on the payment transaction page. This is for your protection and ours as well

-We ship Monday to Friday with the exception of US federal holidays. 

U.S. Shipping: 

-Includes all addresses with a US zip code: Including all US military addresses APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.

International Shipping:

-Due to customs laws shipping may take several weeks or longer to some areas. Your country of residence may impose Import duties, taxes and customs charges that are not included in the items price or shipping charges.  These fees are the buyer responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.  These fees are normally collected by the freight/shipping company or when you pick the item up.  Please do not confuse them for additional shipping.

-Please only agree to bid on or purchase items which are allowed to be shipped to your country.

-All customs forms will be filled out honestly.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’.  U.S.A. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. 

Shipping Insurance is not required, but is recommended. WE ARE NOT RESOPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL.

-All of our pictures are taken by us.  You will receive the exact item pictured or an identical item if we have more than one.  Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and your monitor settings. We try to describe all items as best as we can. Review our detailed pictures and feel free to email us with any questions.
