Some Information About RiverHill

River Hill Exchange, We purchase local estate items for resale. Our items are usually in the used nature, but many items offered are new in the box. Since we do not buy wholesale, most of our items are very unique, many one of a kind type. We are not collectors, nor are we experts on any items we sell. See photos and description of item. Your item(s) will ship upon payment received by Pay Pal, money order, or check.
River Hill Exchange has a handling charge on some items, this is done to save our buyers (you) money. (no sales tax or duty on handling) Unfortunately this shows up in the cost of postage on invoice, which we do combine postage for a multiple purchase order. River Hill Exchange does not refund any postage or handling on returns unless prior approval. All items must be returned before a refund is issued.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
POSTAGE RATES, SHIPPING, COMBINE SHIPMENTS. With all the postage price changes: size, Priority, Priority Flat Rate, International Postage Rates~River Hill Exchange reserves the right to change postage cost. (if an increase is due, on a paid,"buy now" feature, payment will be refunded, and re-invoiced: buyer will then have the opportunity to repurchase item(s). Combine shipments are exact postage.
