Some Information About RetroandCool
Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
I love items that are quirky, unusual, interesting, weird, wonderful, design classics, retro or modern collectables, like Poole pottery, Thomas china or ercol furniture. I also have a passion for buying clothes - but due to downsizing and getting slimmer - I am looking to sell a lot of personal items together with other items from family members - I am not a business seller and these items are personal items - collected over the last forty years or so together with items from my grandfather.
If the item is large then it would be for collection only. For all other items I will send first class recorded and will provide tracker references for the buyer - but will not accept any liability if it, for whatever reason, does not get delivered to the buyer - sorry about that. I send out within 3 working days of receiving payment and will use bubble wrap/foam pellets/corrugated boxes to send out china items. I try to be fair with the p&p charges as there is a lot of time and effort spent on the p&p side.
I am always happy to answer questions as I want buyers to be happy with their purchases. The items I sell are mainly used - so this should be borne in mind - but if there is something not quite right with an item - I will flag this up and discount the starting price to reflect this. However you will know what you want the item for, what size you are looking for, how quickly you need the item, and sometimes if you are going to give as a present - I don't have this information - so please ask questions - I would rather give an honest answer before you purchase the item.
If the item is new then I will put NWT - however I would never describe as BNWT as this would be the item purchased directly from the store by the buyer.
