Payment Preferences:

We accept several different payment methods. Please contact us if you wish to use a payment method not listed below before you commit to buy. If you do not use an instant method of payment within 48 hours of your sale, please contact us to advise us of your expected payment date. We are very flexible about timescale's all we ask is that we know when you intend to pay.

Please be aware that we only accept electronic payments from international customers.
Instantly:
You can make an instant payment using your paypal account. Google checkout or PPPay
Echeque:
Please be aware that this payment method will take up to 9 days to clear into our account. Goods will not be considered for dispatch before this date
 
Credit Card:

You can pay instantly by credit card through the Paypal, Google Checkout or PPPay platforms even if you do not have an account.
Proceed with the payment as if you had an account. The screen will prompt you to login to your account or pay directly. Select the option to pay directly. This is an instant payment method.

 
Direct email payment:
When using this method please remember to include your user ID and transaction number in the information box provided. If this information is not present and we can not trace where your payment originated it will be refunded.
 
Cheque:

We recommend you send your cheque by recorded delivery to ensure its safe arrival. Please quote all the information required to identify your order on the reverse of your cheque. Cheques are only accepted in pounds sterling. Goods will not be dispatched without cleared payment.

 
Postal Order:

We recommend you send your postal order by recorded delivery to ensure its safe arrival. If it is of a substantial amount
please send a crossed order for added security during its travels to us. Please be aware that it will have to clear just as a cheque would before goods will be dispatched. Please remember to provide the required information to identify your order upon its arrival. Postal orders are only accepted in pounds sterling.

 
Telephone Card Payments:

Please call us if you wish to pay directly over the telephone between office hours. If you need to arrange an alternative payment time due to work/other daytime commitments we will be happy to discuss this with you. If you would prefer us to call you we are only too happy to do so too.

 
Cash on Delivery:

We offer a local (and sometimes not so local) drop off service. It has proven to be very popular and handy for last minute customers.We have even dropped goods at the club doors for some customers! We do accept cash on delivery for these items on prior arrangement.

Purchasing Information:
Please make sure you read and understand all the information provided before you commit to buy any of our products in our shop. We will not be held responsible for any of the following if the correct information is not supplied to us by you as the purchaser.
 
 
  • Any delay in your order being processed or dispatched within the timescale predicted if you have not returned your size and colour requirements to us as requested to upon purchase.
  • Any emails or goods delivered that do not arrive due to incorrect or outdated customer information registered with the account you have used to make your purchase.
  • Uncleared or failed payments made by electronic or instant transfer if the incorrect details have been provided or insufficient funds available to complete the transaction.
  • Cheques or postal orders delayed due to insufficient postage being paid by the customer.
  • Delayed clearing times for your check or postal order making the estimated time of dispatch for your purchases unattainable.
Non Paying Customers:

Should you decide that you can not pay for your item after making the comitment to purchase it for whatever reason, please contact us immediately so that we can begin the procedure required to complete the transaction and reclaim the re listing fee lost by ourselves. We are reasonable people and it only take comunication to resolve such a matter, but we will not be held directly responsible for any penalties issued for non-response on the customers part in accordance with buying policies. Buyers who repeatedly cancel orders will be declined from purchasing with Euphoric Clothing.

 
   
Delivery Information:
  • All delivery timescale's are approximate and will fluctuate with the volume of orders received during busy times of the year. It is strongly advised that you request a specific date in which you require your goods for when purchasing. Please be advised that if your garment is required before the outlined timescale, you should contact us directly before purchasing to ensure we can provide your order for you in time for the date you require it. All timescale's are estimated from receipt of cleared payment and full size and colour details provided.
  • If more than one item is purchased the goods will be dispatched together when ALL the items are ready with exception to requested and separate postage payments being agreed to and made prior to dispatch.
  • The information provided on fixed sale items where the size and colour are already stated are non negotiable.They are sold as described so please make sure you read all the advert before committing to buy.
  • Standard size boots will be sent in the colour advertised if no other size or colour is requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • We do not deliver to Nigeria or South Africa. If you should purchase from these countries we will refund you.
  • Some cosmetic goods can not be shipped out with UK so please read the advert for advice on such items.
  • All postage times are based on UK delivery only. Please be advised that we can not guarantee international delivery times.
 
 
Returns Policy
Please read our returns policy to ensure you are fully aware of our terms and conditions of sale before you purchase your goods. this does not effect your statutory rights.
Guarantee:
We offer a 100% money back guarantee In accordance with UK distance selling regulations providing your goods are not exempt due to hygiene regulations. Please see exemptions at the foot of the page.You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following delivery of your order and, if necessary, return the goods to us for a full refund minus postage fees incurred by ourselves under the following conditions of sale stated in this policy. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by email or writing.You must obtain an RA number required from us, complete and sign the returns form provided by us with every clothing sale except exemptions and return the goods to us by registered post within 14 days of notification of your intent to return the goods. Please be aware that if you have not followed this procedure we are not legally obligated to refund your goods and will not do so without the relevant documentation.

 
Customer Satisfaction:

There are a number of reasons you might have for returning your goods but the only reason we consider relevant is that you are not satisfied. We are very flexible with this but we do ask that the goods are returned to us in the original state in which they were received and are of a resalable state.We can not accept any garments returned to us if they are in the following condition:

 
 
  • The garment has been damaged by the customer due to adverse behavior while being tried on.
  • The garment smells of a distinctive odour such as washing powder, perfume, deodorant, smoke or body odour
  • The garment has make-up or deodorant stains
  • The garment has been worn for a period longer than the purpose of trying on
  • The garment does not have its original tags attached.
 

Our team of highly skilled inspectors will determine if these conditions have been adhered to on return of the garment to ourselves. Only then will a refund, replacement or different size be issue. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves. We strongly advise customers use an insured delivery service such as recorded or another tracked service when returning goods. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer unless previously arranged with ourselves before posting.

Trying on Clothing:

When trying on items please ensure that you are in a smoke and scent free environment, and not wearing cosmetics, perfume, aftershave, or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these guidelines have not be adhered to.

 
Items Dispatched in Error:

In the unlikely event that an item is dispatched in error through no fault of the customer, you should contact us within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund of the unworn item.

 
Faulty Items:

Euphoric Clothing makes every effort to ensure all goods are of satisfactory quality and comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. If the item you receive is faulty, you should contact us immediately. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund where applicable.
Please be advised that we are not a hire shop. We will not refund on goods that have been damaged due to adverse behavior while wearing. Although you might think it is not obvious that your garment has been worn or you think it does not smell of washing powder, we will not be fooled. Your garment will be returned to you in the state you returned it to us should this be the case. Alternately should you damage your garment while wearing it and wish it to be repaired we can provide that service for you at a very reasonable price. Please call for a no obligation quotation.

 
Exceptions:
Some products are non returnable. All sales of these items are final and not returnable due to health and hygiene regulations. These items are as follows:
 
  • Custom made items - This is at our disgression
  • All Earrings
  • All Piercings
  • All Cosmetics including brushes and nail varnish.
  • All Underwear including hot pants and skirts with hot pant attachments
