We try to find the best, highest quality swag and offer it at great pricing. We even go the extra step to ensure your items are well packaged and handled with as much care as possible. Same way your mom tucks you into bed. In fact, if your product is not to your total satisfaction, just send it back to us. See our return policy for details.
We sell comic books, trade paperbacks, anime wall scrolls, statues, action figures, apparel, and all kinds of other nick-nack stuff. You can also check out our web site at www.radrobo.com for other great deals and to get pre-order comics.
Shipping: We try to offer FREE Economy Shipping whenever possible. You can also get things faster if you want by selecting an alternative shipping method. Most items do have a small handling fee. This helps us re-coup some of the sost assosciated with getting your schwag to you - printing, labels, boxes, paper, bubble-wrap, aand scraps of food for the worker gnomes.
Returns: Typically, as long as the tiem comes back to us in the same condition in which we shipped it, and you contact us first we will accept all returns. In some cases, we will have to charge a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping item back to us except in the event that the return is due to an "oopsie" on the part of Rad Robo. In all cases, please get a Return Authorizaeion from us first.
