Making A Purchase
To make a purchase just browse our Items Available, then add your chosen products to your cart. This is done by clicking on the Add to Shopping Basket underneath anything you wish to buy. When you have finished making your selection and are ready to pay, you can then click proceed to checkout. This will open a window to which you can proceed to a secure checkout with Paypal or Google Checkout.
If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will convert any monies into your own currency. We accept all credit and debit cards via Paypal and Google Checkout. However, if you do not have a credit/debit card, we can accept cheques and postal orders (UK ONLY).
Credit/Debit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using Paypal or Google Checkout.
Product Guarantee
We promise to refund the price at date of purchase of any item returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of the customers receipt for the order. Upon receipt of the return we will issue a refund (not including any delivery costs incurred). We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.All items are quality checked and in excellent working order before despatch.All items are described to the best of our ability. Shipping and Handling
Our Products can be posted anywhere in the UK or Internationally. From receipt of your payment, we will usually send out your purchases within 2-4 days, Any orders placed on a Friday will be dealt with and if in stock despatched on a Monday. We ship internationally at the airmail postal rate. Deliveries in the UK may take 3 to 7 working days, deliveries internationally may take up to 14 days. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the postal system or third party carriers.
If you are not satisfied with, or our products have been wrongly supplied, you can contact us and if the fault is ours then we will put it right for you. If for any reason you are not happy then send us an email detailing your complaint. Please do not return the goods without emailing us first. Give your full name and the nature of your complaint. If there is a problem with any product which has not been tampered with in anyway and once we have received the product, then we will have a replacement order on the way to you once we have received the item from you. Please note that all customers have to pay for return postage.
Delivery Schedule
Where items are out of stock, delivery times may take a little longer to process. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by non-delivery of orders by our carrier agents. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the maximum time limit, you will be informed immediately and will be given the choice of a later delivery date. Alternatively, you will be offered the choice of a different product or the cancellation of your order and a full refund.
Allow up to 14 days for delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us if you are concerned about the arrival of your items.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. .
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement (once you have sent back your item) - no questions asked.
Returns will only be accepted for non-personalised items, preferably in the original packaging in an un used condition, also include the customer invoice / packing slip.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used. We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptableas long as the item has not been personalised), so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. Printingmaddness guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
