PayPal is my preferred method of payment.
I also accept Postal Orders/Personal Cheques from UK BUYERS ONLY. (Please ask for payee details).
I can only accept PayPal payments on International Sales.
I can also accept payment via PPPay on request.
I allow up to 7 DAYS for payment of items as this allows buyers to save money on combined postage.
On the 8th day the transaction will be cancelled and the item re-listed.
If you have purchased an item by mistake or you have changed your mind then please send me a message via eBid and I will proceed with the cancellation.
Combined Postage Discounts will be given on multiple purchases when all items are paid for together in a single payment and can be delivered to the same address at the same time.
Please select all the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your basket. Once you have finished shopping with then request a revised invoice. I will then issue an invoice with any relevant discounts deducted.
If you wish to purchase multiple items and pay by Postal Order/Personal Cheque then please contact me for a revised total as I will be unable to apply discounts once received.
All my items are posted by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated within the listing.
All my items are adequately packaged and labelled using either board backed envelopes, padded envelopes, mailing bags, or brown packing paper depending on the size and type of item purchased.
Items paid for Monday to Friday before 3:00pm will usually be dispatched the same day. Items paid for after 3:00pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next day.
Items paid for after 3:00pm on a Friday and the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
My Get It Fast service is Royal Mail Next Day By 1:00. Please note if you purchase this service on a Friday an extra charge will be required to guarantee Saturday morning delivery, otherwise the item may arrive Monday morning.
I am a Royal Mail Business Customer and my mail is handled only by them from my door to yours. This ensures a quicker and more efficient delivery service.

Please note all my items are for sale on other e-commerce sites. Although I update my eBid stores on a daily basis there is a small chance the item may have been sold on another site earlier in the day. I apologize in advance if this happens and will refund your payment immediately. All my items are in stock at the time of listing and at the time of doing my daily eBid stock updates.
I check all my items prior to listing but due to the nature of my business and the volume of stock it is impossible to check every item in great detail. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item please be assured I offer a 100% money back, no fuss returns policy.
Returns
If you feel the item is not as described and would like a replacement or refund then please contact me via eBid messages within 14 days of receiving it.
Please contact me first for return details as I can not be responsible for missing items.
Please return the item in the same condition as received for a full refund excluding postage.
The return postage will be at the buyers expense.
If an item is damaged or faulty then I will refund the return postage costs upto the value of Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard post.
