Selling Pre-Loved Antique, Vintage and Handmade Jewellery - Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings, Brooches, Earrings, Jewellery Sets and other interesting bits and bobs... Creating tomorrow's antiques from yesterday's treasures.
Paypal only accepted. All postage can be combined. We post Mon-Sat via Royal Mail tracked 48 within the UK and via Royal Mail tracked international for overseas sales.
Please note that all of our items are vintage or antique and have been previously used or worn before. No items are 'as new' and we will always state the condition of the item within the listing, if you have any further questions then please don't hesitate to contact us prior to purchase. Items broken or damaged by the buyer once received and worn are not our responsibility and are therefore not eligible for return or refund.
Returns are accepted. If you would like to return an item you must contact us within three days of receipt otherwise the sale will be deemed as final, non-returnable and non-refundable. Uk buyers have one week to return the item, EU buyers have fourteen days to return the item and Worldwide buyers have thirty days to return the item.
If returning from overseas the buyer must clearly write 'RETURNED ITEM' on the front of the package and also on the Customs Form. Failure to do so will incur UK Customs Fee's and the charge will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Buyer pays for the return shipping, handling and insurance costs.
The returned item must be in the same condition as received, complete and with the original packaging. Broken or damaged items through buyers fault are not eligible for refund.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the return shipping and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the item is fully insured for the final purchase value when returning. Any items lost or damaged whilst being returned are the buyers responsibility and must be claimed for via the buyers return shipping insurance company.
Any returns with Customs fee's, return fee's, underpayment of postage or damage will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Please be aware that as from 2020 Paypal no longer refunds sellers final value fee's. If a refund is initiated for a returned item these fee's will be deducted from the final refund total.
