PDC Montana specializes in offering a wide array of consumer electronics and other products at a discounted price. We've sold more than 2,000 products since launching in 2004, and our customers count on us for consistent, accurate descriptions of the products that we offer.

The majority of our products are customer returns, store display models, or due to excessive inventory.

• All items are opened/used unless clearly marked "brand new."

Packages will usually ship within 2 to 3 business days of receiving Cleared payment.  International Packages will usually ship within 3 to 7 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Update to International Shipping

Policy Issue:   Customs Forms Effective April 1, 2008 All International Customers must agree to the following terms when purchasing from POD Connections:             

1.   All items will be Insured and Declared at the Purchased Price including shipping and            insurance.  No Exceptions.           

2.   Items will be marked as used.           

3.   Customer request to have item marked as gifts will be honored. 

Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country.  On orders shipped outside the USA there may be local customs or duties.  Please be aware that all countries have different procedures and fees for incoming packages.  We do not cover this cost.  The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty and local taxes.  Please verify with your customs before purchase. POD Connections unfortunately does not have information on customs or duties, and we are not able to estimate these charges.  Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your bid. 

We do NOT ship to some High Risk fraud countries and for a current list and or any other questions feel free to contact us. 

 WARRANTIES 

We sell many items and none of them were purchased for personal use.  We purchase used items from many sources.  We inspect them to make sure that they function as advertised and then we resell them.  Since these items are used the buyer assumes that the original manufactures' warranty has run out.  We offer a limited time exchange on most items and if we don't have the returned item in stock we issue a refund.  If you do decide to purchase from us you are agreeing to these terms.

·         You agree to the following conditions when purchasing our items.

·         Warranty always goes through Manufacturer; We do not provide any warranty service;

·         Ratings are Subjective.  Please view pictures when available.  No returns based on cosmetic conditions.

·         All sales are final.  No return will be accepted unless the item is not as described;

·         From time to time, we will officer products that have limited warranties beyond our basic guarantee of functionality.  In all cases, this will be clearly marked in the listing. 

Items sold AS-IS have no warranty or return privileges.  There are no exceptions. Items listed in a condition other than AS-IS are guaranteed to work upon receipt.  No additional warranties are implied or offered.  If you receive an item that does not work, our return policy is as follows:

·         You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt that an item does not function as described.

·         You must return the item to us.  You are responsible for return shipping charges.  The returned item must include all accessories and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.  The refund is the bid amount, not the price which includes shipping, insurance, etc.       

·         POD Connections will confirm that the item does not work as advertised and that all parts or accessories have been returned.  At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, exchange the unit, or issue a store credit.

·         Batteries:  Used batteries are sold AS-IS and are not covered by the above warranty.  

Product Information

 Our goal is to give accurate and up to date product information.  We are not responsible for compatibility issues.  If you are unsure of the use, the compatibility, or the specifications of an item--PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE.  Buyer is responsible for double checking with the original manufacturer for accurate and detailed information. 

Conditions: 

We reserve the right to reject users under the following conditions:

·         Users with low feedback scores.

·         Users with excessive negative feedback i.e. 3 negatives in a six (6) month period.

·         Users who have UNCONFIRMED DELIVERY ADDRESSES.

·         Non Paying Bidders.

·         We are not responsible for typing errors or mistakes in our description.
