GENERAL PAYMENT OPTIONS
Every buyer is accorded the previledge of multiple payment options. We accept payment via Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Transfer/ BACS, Direct Bank Payment, and Paypal.
- CHEQUE - All payments by cheque shall be allowed a three (3) working day period for clearance. After that period, the ordered items shall be readied for dispatched. (Orders to be paid for by this method are entitles to a 3% discount)
- POSTAL ORDER - All payments by cheque shall be allowed a one (1) working day period for clearance. After that period, the ordered items shall be dispatched. Please contact us once you have placed your order and selected this option so we can provide you with the appropriate payment details. (Orders to be paid for by this method are entitled to a 5% discount)
- BANK TRANSFER - All payments by Internet Bank Transfer and Direct Bank Payment shall be allowed a one (1) hour period for clearance. After that period, the ordered items shall be readied for dispatch. Please contact us once you have placed your order and selected this option so we can provide you with the appropriate payment details. (Orders to be paid for by this method are entitled to a 5% discount)
- PAYPAL - All payments by Paypal shall be allowed a twenty-four (24) hours period for clearance. After that period, the ordered items shall be readied for dispatch.
DELIVERY OF ORDERED ITEMS
All items ordered from Obirido will be dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours of payment being received: and shall be delivered within forty-eight (48) hours from date of dispatch.
RETURNS
The procedure for returns are generally governed by our returns policy (as stated elsewhere on this page). In addition to the policy, buyer wanting to return an item purchased from Obirido (in accordance with the DSR) must inform us within seven (7) days from date of purchase.

We are convinced you shall love the products we offer; however, in the rare event that an item purchased from Obirido need be returned, the following is the exact terms to such procedure:
* The buyer has 14 Days (cool-off period) from date of purchase to return a purchased item. The item MUST be returned exactly as received: with no alterations and/or extractions to both the primary item, and its packaging. Buyer pays for cost of return postage/courier.
* Buyer is to request RMA details.
