Terms of Sale

  1. Items are professionally packaged in new mailers and are sent USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Items are shipped within ONE business day of receiving cleared payment. All sales with a Final value over $50.00 will  be Insured and will require a signature upon delivery. If you have a problem with delivery, it is your responsibility to contact us and let us know about it so we can help. All items are shipped with a tracking number. Items purchased after Friday Noon EST through Noon Monday are shipped on Monday. Items paid before Noon EST Monday - Thursday are shipped on the same day.

  2. We, the Seller, are responsible for your item until delivered to your verified provided address and confirmed by the shipper. You, the Buyer are asked to cooperate with the shipper in the event of loss or damage to your item; this will expedite a quick resolution to any shipping problem. Please contact us before leaving feedback if there is an issue with your order. We always work with our customers to ensure that they are satisfied and have a positive buying experience.

  3. Returns are cheerfully accepted if your item is not as described. Returns for reasons that are not the fault of the seller will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to a restocking fee.
