I have worked in the past for one of the U.K's largest internet resellers of consumer electronics and computer products. I therefore understand how important it is for you the customer to get quality products and service with a speedy delivery.

I began selling adult products online as i know the demand for these products is very high. I also realise that many people would not be comfortable walking into an adult shop to purchase adult toys or magazines. My other stores on other auction websites have been very popular, but due to restrictions to the type of product you can list, i shall continue on ebid for now. I hope to have my own site up and running soon as i have access manufacturers in the far east, so can provide the latest products at the very best prices.

I also have two more eBid stores. Beauty4you which provides beauty and skincare products and Electro4orce which has a range of electronic and audio products and accessories. The product range on all my stores is constantly expanding so please check back for new products.

All products from 4playHeaven store are shipped descreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication of the contents, and are sent by a recorded insured service which means they will not be left on your doorstep or with a neighbour.
 
 
Goods that are in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours ( usually 24 hours ) of payment recieved and cleared. If for any reason the product you order was out of stock ( unlikely ) it should be dispatched at the latest 12 days.
 
 
 
Goods within the UK and weiging less than 1.35 kg will be sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. Goods weighing above this will be sent by a courier service.
 
 
 
If you are not in with goods sent by Royal Mail the parcel will be held at your local depot for 7 days for you to pick up. After this time it will return to us.
 
 
 
Business post will hold your goods for 5 days at your local depot if you are not in.
 
 
Goods sent to Europe and the rest of the world will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight will be sent by Business Post International.
 
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods and beauty products, for the goods to be returned if they are not faulty the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging with seals unbroken.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from your order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
 
8. If we suspect your item has been used or any of the above are not met then we reserve the right to refuse your refund.
 
9. Postage is only refunded on Faulty items.
