Below I have explained my inventory details along with my return policy.

Returns / Exchanges

You may return an item(s) for refund or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Item(s) needing to be exchanged or replaced will need to be boxed in original packaging.

Please email me for Return Authorization within a 5 day period.

When you return an item, follow the instructions on the Return Authorization and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.  Your Return Authorization will indicate where you need to send your return.

You may want to insure your return; I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
 
Delivery Information
 
All orders are shipped from our vendors warehouse and are fully insured.

Insurance costs are included in the freight and cover your order agains't loss in transit.


Delivery Options

*Note: Delivery times quoted below are from the dispatch date. Some out of stock items or custom made items require additional lead time.

Larger items may only be available for shipment within the Continental US.


Courier service with order tracking such as DHL, FedEX, UPS or TNT will be used.

Outside USA 3-6 weeks
USA, Canada 1-2 weeks


Damaged Parcels

All orders are carefully packaged to minimize possible damage and breakage. If your order has been damaged or destroyed due to improper handling while in transit, you should fill out a damage report with either the Post Office or the delivery agent.

I do not take responcibility for goods damaged in transit once they leave the warehouse, however I may refund a portion of your order in such cases. You may also be eligible for full compensation from the delivery agent.

Note: Undelivered or Lost orders are covered by insurance and a full refund will be issued minus shipping/handling.


Undelivered Orders

If your do not receive your order within the specified time frame, please wait an additional week. If you still do not receive your order, contact me with your order details. If I am unable to locate the missing shipment, you will be issued a full refund (minus shipping/handling) and can you may re-order if you wish.

Note: There may be additional delivery delays due to special circumstances or events beyond my control, and over the Christmas holiday season.

Heavy Parcels

Heavier orders will be split up and delivered in separate packages if possible.  Due to the size of some items, they may be only available for shipment within the Continental US. 

Orders that cannot be shipped outside the Contitnental US and have been ordered to go outside the Continental US will be cancelled and your money will be fully refunded.
 

**Additional fees will apply to following circumstances.**

Redelivery - My carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment to deliver your order. If you are not home at the agreed delivery time or if you tell the carrier to come back at a later time (for any reason), you will be charged a $120 re-delivery fee per attempt.*

Storage charge - Once carrier contacts you, you must respond to them right away to set up a delivery appointment. If you do not respond, the carrier will store your merchandise at their shipping facility until they can contact you. You will be charged a storage fee of $25 per month (after the 5th business day carrier tried to contact you).*

Extra Time/Labor charge - $20.00 per hour after the first 15 minutes (applies to wait time)

Standard delivery will take 15 minutes or less and there is no charge for the first 15 minutes. If you are not prepared for delivery or if a path needs to be cleared, furniture needs to be moved, or doors need to be taken off hinges in order to deliver the mattress set, this fee will apply.*

Stair Carry Fee - $18 per flight after two flights (flight identified as 10 stairs) - This fee will apply for each flight of stairs that the delivery agent has to travel while carrying your mattress set from the curbside to your bedroom. This fee also applies for any steep uphill or downhill slopes that lead to the entryway of your residence.*

If you return or refuse a non-defective item - you will be charged $120 for the return shipping costs and up to a $50 repackaging fee will be assessed. The freight carrier will have to entirely re-package your item prior to shipping it back to our fulfillment center.*

I do not offer the option of a specific, time-requested delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery for a time when they will be in your area.

NO deliveries on weekends.

*The carrier will not bill you for the additional fees listed above. You will see these additional fees as separate charges on your credit card statement. Please expect several days from the date of delivery to process these charges.
