Sizes : Please take care to check measurements before buying. We go to great lengths to measure all items and list those measurements - as sizes (8, 10, 12, 14 etc) are not really accurate. It's important you check measurements using a tape measure on your body before you buy to avoid dissapointment, We cannot resell returned clothing, and therefore do not accept returns for incorrect size. If you need extra measurements, please ask.

We only accept returns if the item is faulty, and not described as such in the listing. No returns for items that do not fit - sizes are specified, so check before bidding.

Any refund (if given) will never include return postage.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged if 'Sellers Standard Rate' mail is used. However, we keep a postal receipt and will do our best to help, but are not responsible. Should you be concerned about this, choose 'Recorded' or 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' options on our items.
