Services We pride ourselves on the ability to give our customers the highest quality customer care as evidenced by our above feedback. We aim to answer all emails & calls within 24 hours. P&P We take great care when packing our items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Customers will pay exactly what it costs us to pack & post. If at any time we do find we have overcharged, we will refund the difference. Items will be dispatched within three to ten days after payment has been received. Anyone from outside the Priority ordering service. We offer this service for our condolence books however this service is available for all our items. We ask that customers call us before placing an order; we will then let you know if we can get your book or item to you in time. It would really depend on our work load at the time if we could deliver in time for you. If it is possible you must buy, pay & also email your personalisation details immediately. The item would have to be dispatched using guaranteed next day delivery service which will increase postage cost stated on listing.
Returns
As our items are custom made we can only accept returns if an error is made by us. Please check your personalisation details are correct as I copy and paste your details. In the unlikely event an error is made by us it will be rectified on return and we will refund the return postage cost. Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging. If a mistake is made by the buyer it can be rectified but may incur a cost.
