Hi,
Miss Discreet is a Limited Company and my name is Christine Julie Leeming but I have always been called Julie.
Whilst I am new to the eBid auction site I am an established powerseller on another auction site where I have a positive feedback rating of over 20,000.
Like most women I have always loved shoes and sexy lingerie, especially at bargain prices! For this reason I decided this is what I would sell, I chose the name Miss Discreet as for the past 10 years my previous job as a doctor’s secretary involved total confidentiality and I wanted to bring this same level of discretion to my customers. My aim is to bring to you quality, sexy items at affordable prices which are easily accessible from the comfort of your own home (or workplace!) I can honestly say that I do not, or will not sell anything that I consider substandard, counterfeit or stolen. I also do not sell second hand or worn goods.
I am VAT registered and I pay tax on all my sales so you know you are dealing with someone who is totally legitimate. I also do not advertise anything that I do not have here in stock, so you can always be certain that you are dealing with me personally, and not a third party forwarding company.
All items are packaged and despatched personally by me. Shoes are sent in their original shoe boxes wrapped in top quality heavyweight reinforced brown paper. Lingerie is wrapped in tissue paper then sent in bubble padded envelopes (Jiffy type bags.) Packages are always plain without any company logos etc. to ensure total discretion. If you value your privacy then please do not leave me any feedback, this prevents anyone checking your purchase history and seeing what you have bought. For this reason I never leave any feedback until it has been left for me first.

Terms and Conditions:-
Payment
Payment can be made using PayPal, Nochex, Cheque or Postal Order. Payment sent by cheque will delay posting of your item for 6 to 8 working days in order to allow cheque clearance at the bank. Please note I do not accept cheques from overseas customers.
Shipping
9 out of 10 parcels will be dispatched by next working day, we guarantee all parcels will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days from receipt of cleared payment.
We do not post on weekends/bank holidays.
Cancellation
We comply with the UK distance trading regulations, you have the right to cancel part or whole of your order within 7 days.
Please email us prior to any returns so that we know to expect it.
If your parcel has already been dispatched then the parcel must be returned to us unopened within 7 days for a refund, we do not refund initial postal costs nor those incurred by you in the return of the parcel. If your parcel has been opened and contains items covered under our hygiene policy then you will not be issued with a refund. Each item returned for a refund is subject to a £1 re-stocking fee to cover the time taken to adjust stock and accounts etc.
Damaged/faulty items
All items are inspected prior to dispatch so it is extremely unlikely that you will be sent faulty goods. In the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged/faulty item please email us first then return it within 7 days for a replacement, if a replacement is not available we will refund your money. Please obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office to cover you in the event of the parcel being lost during its return.
Replacements & Refunds
Please choose your size carefully as P&P costs are not refundable, if in any doubt please email us for advice. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the items in original condition and unworn/unwashed with the tags attached within 7 days we will be happy to exchange or issue a refund. N.B. Items covered in the following hygiene policy cannot be returned unless faulty:-
Hygiene Policy
Please note! we do not refund on any of the following items for reasons of hygiene:-
Adult toys/novelties, briefs, knickers, thongs, teddys/bodystockings or other 'below waist' items, or any basque/baby doll sets etc or playsuits/uniforms that include them. Items of hosiery cannot be returned once the individual packet has been opened.
Return Address
Each parcel shipped by us contains paperwork with our return address, Important please contact us using the 'Ask Seller A Question' button prior to making any return
