Welcome to the little gift shop down the way! USA and Canada Buyers: when you purchase multiple items, you pay to ship the first item, the rest ship for free! Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of international shipping, worldwide customers will be charged $2.00 CAD on any aditional items.

Shipping Policy:
1. We will process and ship your order within 24 hours (1 Business Day) of receiving verified payment.
2. Please make sure that your eBid address matches your shipping address.
4. Canadian and US orders ship with tracking AND insurance.
Here at The Melted Igloo, we ship fantastic products to our valued customers in Canada, the US and around the world on a daily basis! We are a successful, licensed local gift shop that recently decided to share our carefully selected goodies with the world; it is a fabulous way to recycle all of the packaging (peanuts/boxes/foam etc.) that we receive when we import goods from across North America! We do not charge packaging or handling fees, we are just too happy to serve you!
After careful consideration we have decided to offer flat rate shipping to encourage multiple purchases from our savvy shoppers!

Combined orders of $250.00 CAD or more receive a further 10% discount on top of the savings on freight; the discount will be deducted from your final invoice! The discount does not apply to our Jewellery, Numistic or Bullion items.
We do like to consider ourselves shipping professionals, so rest assured that our combined packages are as condensed as possible and very well padded to arrive intact for your enjoyment!
‘It seems a little expensive for just one item...’
We guarantee that you will not overpay for shipping, and you also take advantage of our shipper's discount! If you should happen to pay $16.00 to ship an item and Canada Post charges us $11.00, you will be receiving a $5.00 refund within 24 hours!! We even send you a picture of the invoice to prove that we are on the level. When our quoted rates let us down and it costs us $28.00 to ship... we eat it with a smile... and thank you for your business.
We will ALWAYS refund overpaid shipping.
We will NEVER ask you for more money than you were quoted for shipping.

Payment Policy:
-We accept PayPal, Skrill, Postal Orders and Major Credit Card payments.
-Full payment should be made within 1 business day from the date of purchase please.
-Once payment is confirmed, we will ship your items within 24 hours.
Return Policy:
- In the (extremely) unlikely event of a defective or incorrect item, we offer a full cash refund or replacement on us. This only applies if we make an error and send you the wrong item or a broken one. Please contact us before you leave feedback if there is a problem, we are standing by to communicate.
- If you should decide that our product does not suit your needs after it arrives we ask you to return it to us within 14 days of delivery at your expense for a full refund of your purchase price.
- If there are any problems at all... Please contact us (before leaving feedback =) so that we can sort it all out!
