Listings: The listings I post I feel will always be of interest, covering a wide selection and various categories. I will also include several personally created handcrafted items. Communication: I will endeavour to answer all questions promptly. So if you have any queries, or would like more information or images please contact me and I will do my best to assist. Offers and Combining Purchases: I am happy to combine shipping, thus reducing the cost to you. After you are finished shopping, please request an invoice via the eBid system. Further, please wait for an invoice combining the purchases before you pay, Shipping & Payment: I will package all parcels with care and dispatch quickly once funds have been received and cleared. I will post within 48 hours if there is a delay I will notify you. If possible I will use recycled packaging materials, to keep costs of postage to a minimum and help the environment If possible I will combine items when a buyer makes multiple purchases, if so please wait for an invoice before payment to enable the adjustment of postage. I always obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, when shipping large or heavy parcels I will ship via a courier company for economic reasons, I will obtain proof of shipping. Posting fees (unless stated) will not automatically include parcel insurance. Please message me after shopping if you require insurance for shipping, which will incur a fee. Further, I will do my best to keep the buyer informed regarding the shipping progress of items if possible. Methods of accepted payment will be found on the listing. I accept Paypal, if you wish to pay by any other method, please contact me. Buyers who collect in person to pay cash. International Postage: I will post overseas at buyers risk - send a message for a postage fee quote and insurance before purchase. You the buyer are responsible for any customs or brokerage fees that may apply. Please check the regulations before you purchase. Returns: I do my best to describe and show the item in the listing, including flaws, so you know what you are buying. If I make a mistake in the description, it is genuine. Please ask questions before you bid or buy, or if you require more photos or more specific detailed information. If you wish to return all or part of your order for a refund or replacement, please contact us through our “contact us” link to give us an opportunity to sort out any issues first. Please Note: Your return postage will not normally be refunded unless the return is due to our error. You are responsible for the cost of the safe return of the original item within 14 days of delivery.
