Thank you for taking the time to visit our auction by the Arbutus Mansion.  Just like our logo says, the Arbutus Mansion has many different rooms in which we offer many different types of products.  Ranging from quality collectables, professional tools, historical items, cutlery, fine jewelry, and fine watches, just to name a few.  We are truly a Menagerie of Unique Items.  We do not use drop shippers, therefore, every item listed on eBid is in stock and ready to ship.  To see all the items Arbutus Mansion is offering for sale, simply click on our trade name.  You’ll be quite surprised and happy you did.

                                        Arbutus Mansion:  Terms of Sale

Arbutus Mansion 5 Star Terms of Sale are quite simple.  All items are offered as shown and described.  We do abide by all eBid, State, Federal, and International regulations, by listing only items which are in compliance where offered for sale.  Every item we sell is inspected by us prior to shipping and packing, and we do have a Return Policy clearly stated below.  Items usually ship next business day with tracking numbers provided in your PayPal, or other payment method, account.  Please remember to make sure your PayPal Address is Correct, as this will prevent item returns to the Arbutus Mansion. 

Arbutus Mansion:  Native American Jewelry

The Arbutus Mansion maintains large Collection of Custom Made Native American Sterling Silver items, which are simply outstanding.  We DO NOT sell Native American knock-offs, look alkies, or foreign imports.  We only sell authentic Sterling Silver items which we personally purchase from artisan members of the Navajo, Zuni, and Hopi Nations.  In addition, we comply with all U. S. Federal Trade Laws regarding the sale of such items.  Thus, when you make your Native American purchase from the Arbutus Mansion, you can be sure that you are receiving the quality you demand and expect.

Arbutus Mansion:  Return Policy & Procedure

Items sold by the Arbutus Mansion are shipped directly from our  location in Baltimore, Maryland.  We do not sell drop shipped, unseen items, from warehouse locations.  This allows us to inspect each and every item purchased prior to packing and shipment. 

This works to keep our customer’s satisfaction extremely high and our return rate extremely low.  However, we do realize that on occasion a problem may occur, causing use of our Return Policy Procedure.

1.     New Books are NOT returnable.  This is clearly stated in the book category of our catalog.

2.     Items sold with an accompanying Manufacturer’s Warranty should address any issues with the manufacturer as directed in the accompanying warranty.

3.     Other items may be returned due to a defect in manufacturing or workmanship with in 7 days, following the next steps.

4.     Email us at stating the problem.  We will issue you a REQUIRED RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, along with directions for the return.

5.     Buyer may either elect to receive an exact replacement, or if not available at the time, a store credit of the purchase price of the item will be issued.

6.     Ship the item back to us in the original packing.  Buyer to pay for return shipping.

7.     Once returned item is received, we will either ship the replacement item, or issue an official store credit memo.

8.     Credit memos must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.
