Every year, millions of pounds worth of big brand name goods are returned to manufacturers by retailers, simply because they have to prepare for seasonal events, or because a replacement product is in higher demand.
Such returns are sold back to the manufacturers in bulk. However, the retailers are normally charged a hefty re-stocking fee. That's where we step in.
TekStox have secured bulk overstock deals with some of the UK's biggest high street names, buying up these returns at heavily discounted prices. We pass on huge savings to our customers, whilst keeping the retail companies happy.

Payment Options
We accept payment via PayPal, PPPay, Postal Orders and Direct Bank Transfer. Please remember that PayPal eCheck payments can take several days to clear. Please keep this in mind and please understand that your item(s) will ship once your payment has cleared. Payment is required within 3 business days of purchasing the item here at eBid. Your bank and/or card statement will show your payment as ‘MADDISONGRP Limited’. This is our parent company.
Delivery Information
We use Royal Mail delivery services for both UK and International orders. Every parcel we send is tracked and includes insurance as standard, to the value of the goods purchased. Please be advised that a signature will be required upon receipt of delivery. Exceptions such as the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands may incur additional costs. The following prices apply to parcels up to a maximum weight of 30kg. We will contact you to discuss an alternative delivery method if your order exceeds 30kg.

Zone 3: Austria, Czech Republc, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, Slovenia - £14 per parcel
Zone 4: Italy, Spain (mainland only), Sweden, Lithuania - £16 per parcel
Zone 5: Portugal, Estonia - £19.20 per parcel
Zone 6 - Finland, Latvia - £23.20 per parcel
Zone 7 - Bulgaria, Norway, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Greece, Hungary - £36 per parcel
Zone 8 - Iceland, Romania - £42 per parcel

Purchasing Terms
Buyers should contact us no later than 3 days after purchase. If payment is not received after 7 days, then we reserve the right to re-list the item.
Returns Information
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives with visible physical damage, please refuse delivery of the item and notify us immediately. If you find concealed damage, please contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier. By purchasing this item from us, you are agreeing to cooperate with our requests (and our carrier’s requests) for information regarding the damaged item and to have the item available for pick up or onsite inspection. Once the damaged item is either picked up by the carrier or received back in our warehouse, we will provide a replacement or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please contact us to request a return authorization before shipping your item back. Items shipped back without a return authorization (RMA) will be refused or returned at your expense. For items, which include a manufacturer’s warranty you must contact the manufacturer for warranty service, technical support, and repairs. The Item must be in it's original, unused condition. Any items that are sold factory sealed must be returned in the original unopened packaging. Initial and return shipping charges for all non-defective returns are not refundable. This also applies to items listed with FREE SHIPPING. The published shipping rates will be deducted from the total refund. The buyer is fully responsible for the return of the item in good condition. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the item being returned to us whilst in transit.
