Policy
IT IS DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCT, ALL SALES OF OUR LINGERIE ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.
Only if we are at fault by a shipping error or you received a manufacture defect item, then we will accept merchandises at subject to exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please e-mail us and return to sender with the ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UNWORN in the same condition as it was sent to you. NO claims on used goods.
It is our policy to leave feedback for the winning bidder/buyer after positive feedback has been received from the buyer. As soon as we receive positive feedback, our system will automatically leave positive feedback in return. If you have any problems at all, before you leaving feedback please contact us and we are willing to work things out before negative or neutral feedback is posted.
Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by your local post office or customs, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense.
We are ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIBLE for any custom duties/taxes that apply to you when imported to your Country.
All items are shipped directly from our wholesaler.
If the shipment is refused for any reason, the buyer will be responsible to pay the shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes and any costs incurred in the return.
Payments are expected within 48 hours of the auction close. However, we understand that things happen with work, the kids, etc. and things slip our mind. We will forward a payment reminder on day 3 and a personalized e-mail between day 5 and 7. However, if we do not here from you by day 10, we will file a non paying bidder notification.
