We have been an upstanding member of the FeeBay community since 1999 with 100% positive feedback and have since joined other similar communities such as eBid.
We use our experience to manage listings on behalf of collectors, non-profits, businesses and other individuals who choose not to do it themselves. Our consignment specialists perform the research, write the description, take pictures, handle emails, collect payment, pack and ship their items.
We are committed to providing both the seller and buyer with the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining an excellent reputation. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
Please check our listings often since we do receive new items on a regular basis.
SHIPPING
We ship daily so you can be confident that you will receive your item(s) in a timely manner. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment (permitting the carriers schedule). Items will be shipped via USPS or FedEx at our discretion. All packages are traceable and fully insured at no extra cost unless otherwise noted on the listing page.
UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSED PACKAGES
Please verify the order’s Ship To address. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order.
The same policy applies if the package is refused by the recipient. If your package is a gift, you may want to notify the recipient that a surprise is on the way.
RETURNS
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement (if available) or a full refund of the merchandise price. Please inspect your product within this time frame. Returns must be in the exact condition as it was shipped to the buyer. New items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, materials and accessories. Shipping costs will only be refunded if item is defective, damaged in transit or if the return is a result of our error. All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us prior to returning any item.
