About Us
Leonard’s Gifts; Collectables, Toys and much more! Read on to find out a little more about us.
Whilst our online presence is fairly new our high street shop has been established for over 20 years. We have a wide range of stock that is constantly updated throughout the year. Our buying power allows us to offer high quality gifts and collectables at lower prices than competitors, pay less for the same product!
Who are we?
Leonard's has been established since 1987 as a seaside high street gift shop. We sell a wide range of gifts, collectables, toys and hand cut fudge. We also stock replica antique guns. At Leonard's there's something for everyone!
Where are we?
Our high street shop is based near Bournemouth in the heart of the seaside town of Swanage on the Jurassic coast in Dorset, England.
You may have already visited our store but if not then you are most welcome to, please note the following closure dates;

Leonard’s Gifts 30 Day Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you like your item but understand that sometimes you may wish to return it, either because the item is faulty or if you simply have a change of heart as such we offer a comprehensive returns policy as detailed below. This policy is subject to change without notice.
If you are unsatisfied with your item or if it arrives damaged please contact us via Ebid's member to member message system (simply go to one of our listings and click "ask seller a question"). We will then be able to arrange a refund or replacement. You have 30 days starting from the day after you receive your item to contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds for damaged or faulty items will be for the full cost of the item including the original postage and packing paid. Sometimes we ask that you return the damaged item to us for inspection, if this is the case we will also refund to you the reasonable* postage costs of returning the item to us. We are often able to send a replacement item to you free of charge, we will discuss this option with you when you contact us, replacement items are usually sent upon receipt of the damaged or faulty item, if we are unable to offer you a replacement item you are of course entitled to a full refund.
Refunds for unwanted items, items no longer required due to a change in heart, will be for the full cost of the item including the original postage and packing costs. All we ask is that you contact us to let us know you no longer want the item and also that you return the item to us, unused, in the original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition via a recorded delivery postal service (eg Royal Mail Recorded Signed For). Buyers are responsible for paying the postal costs of returning unwanted items to us.
If an item sent by a traceable postal service goes missing on it's return to us we will do everything we can to help the buyer locate the item and ensure it's safe return to us.
Items posted back to us by a non traceable postal service are done so entirely at the buyer's own risk, if the item being returned goes missing in the post Leonard's accept no responsibility and will not offer a refund or replacement.
Unwanted or damaged items must be returned within 14 days of contacting us to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Please always contact us first before posting items back to us to obtain a returns reference number and to allow us to resolve any queries.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

* By "reasonable" we mean the standard postage cost of returning your item by traceable delivery, ie "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For" not the more expensive "Special Delivery" service. We will not pay the costs for example of returning an item to us by using a courier service when there is no need to have done so. Please discuss return options before sending your item back to us.
